I loved staying here for several days. Even when the hotel was full, it stayed quiet, clean and tidy, and I never really noticed the other guests. It's about a 15 minute drive from the city center, in a very quiet spot, especially at night. The room was comfortable and quite spacious, with a shower that wasn't cramped. There's a fridge in the room, excellent room service and coffee available 24/7. Parking is arranged, and you can ask the owner for anything you need. It works well if you're out exploring each day and have a motorcycle or car.

The couple who own the place are welcoming and friendly. It seems set up for longer stays, but it's a good budget stop for a night in Chiang Rai if you're catching an early flight. The room was clean, had all the basics, and the WiFi was very fast. Breakfast was included too.

The owners are great, and the view is good. We enjoyed our stay, and our room had a nice balcony. Just remember to shut the windows, since you may hear some road noise from the highway and water running.

The location is excellent, near the airport and Big C shopping mall, and moped rentals are available. The rooms are large and spacious for a good price.

I wouldn't come back. The Friday night we arrived was extremely noisy, even though the place is on a dead end surrounded by fields. Bands were playing loudly and loudspeakers blared from several directions. Breakfast was a cold egg, cold toast and some lettuce. They list coffee prices on a sign but don't make coffee, and there's no way to heat water in the room for tea. I can't recommend it.
