Rangsinee Resort

We ended up staying three days after first booking two at Rangsinee Resort, because it met everything I was looking for when we brought Otoro, our beloved Thai Bangkaew dog, to Chiang Rai. I wanted a terrace where Otoro could look out at the view in front of the house, plus a spot near Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai International Airport. The resort is tucked well into Ban Du, past Pong Phrabat Hit Spring, and it's wonderfully peaceful. Otoro spent time watching the view and napping on the terrace while I took bird photos and read. The main drawback showed up in all the rain during our visit: the terrace has no roof or awning over it, so when we wanted to be outside I had to put Otoro in his stroller (- -'). It was a minor issue, though, and we were still impressed with the place :)
