The staff were kind, and we could get a scooter rental arranged with their help. Our room was spacious and cleaned daily, though the shower was tiny and only half enclosed. Breakfast was a small buffet, but manageable. They provided coffee, not tea, and there was no ironing board. The slippers were reusable, and we only got one key card. It’s away from the city centre and the new bus terminal, though Lalita cafe and chiang rai night market are close. The White temple is 14km away, while the Blue temple is walkable. There’s no lift. We couldn’t check in early or check out late, though we were lucky to get a two-hour checkout extension after checking in 17 hours late.

I really liked the calm, quiet feel and the spacious rooms. The staff were wonderful, and having free bicycles available was a great touch. Breakfast is mostly Thai food, with a few simple alternatives. Great stay, definitely recommended.

The manager at reception even helped carry my luggage to the room. Everyone was lovely, and the hotel was very clean and nice. I loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

The kids especially loved the swings out front. Our family of four had a good stay, with a large room, mini fridge, hot water, and free breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the WiFi fast and reliable, and breakfast was delicious. Lotus’s and 7-Eleven are nearby. There were mosquitoes around the hotel, but thankfully we weren’t bitten during the night.
