B2 Bang Saen Premier Hotel

I checked in around 9 pm, but the service was lousy, unhelpful, and impolite. The room had been cleaned, though there was no tissue paper. It’s tucked into a small alley, which wasn’t convenient, and the hotel didn’t look like the photos on the website. I was curious about breakfast, so I checked in but didn’t stay and moved to another hotel. Breakfast was three takeaway coffees and three wraps of your choice, which didn’t impress me. I paid about 3300 a night for two people. If you expect very little for that price, you might be okay with it, but I’ve travelled a lot, especially in Thailand, and expected better service.

There’s no proper Wi-Fi, just an insecure portal login that feels like 1995. The room has zero ventilation, and none of the windows can be opened. Don’t stay here if you need oxygen.

For the price, it’s a good hotel. I’d seen reviews calling it dirty and the service bad, but that wasn’t my experience. Maybe they improved things, I don’t know. The room walls kept noise down reasonably well, but the door let a lot through, and we could hear outside sounds all night. I sleep easily, so it didn’t bother me, but keep that in mind if you wake easily.

I’ve never felt so pampered at a hotel. The welcome was warm, the staff were accommodating, and the service was flawless. My room was spacious and the food was really good. Truly five stars, highly recommend!
