Good value, clean rooms and strong water pressure. The basics are covered with a TV, free water and AC, and the place is away from a busy street. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the mall is a four-minute drive, though you can walk there too. I’d stay here again if I get the chance.

The rooms are very clean, and I’d come back if I stay in Chonburi again. The hotel/condo is well located, about a 10-15 minute walk from Central shopping mall and lots of bars and restaurants. We stayed here for the Buffalo Racing Festival, which was amazing, and roughly a 10-minute Grab ride away. There was no toilet paper provided, and the bathroom had no power outlets.

It was clean and conveniently located, but I’m not coming back because of the electricity charge for a monthly stay. They do business with the energy units. I stayed exactly seven weeks, alone the whole time, with no washing machine, no hot water use, and I never turned on the TV. I only used the air conditioning at night, yet the bill for 50 days was 5,500 baht, exactly $200 Australian.
