It's a quiet, clean place, nicer than it looks, and the service is good. At about 500 baht a night, I had nothing to complain about except the unnecessary air freshener the house cleaner sprays. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean, as are the sheets and towels. You get two free bottles of water, and there's a refrigerator and a balcony. There are a few harmless dogs in the parking area to scare off other people and protect the vehicles. They're not strays, they belong to the hotel. It's very near the big stadium and the big park with a lake.

It was a short stay in an old building. There's parking underneath and out front, and the room had a fridge and WiFi, but my water pressure was low. The office had no A/C. Food delivery was bad, though the hotel is close to a mall. It's cheap, so you get what you pay for.

For what I paid, everything was okay. The rooms were good and clean, with cold AC and hot water.

It's quiet, though a bit far from the center. At 500 baht a night, the price seems fair.
