A peaceful, nice hotel where you can park right in front of your room. It’s quiet, and the water pressure is good. Nice!

I booked through Agoda and stayed in mid-November. The property seems fairly new, and the cleanliness and service were excellent. There are several room types, and breakfast isn’t included in the price. The air conditioning is cool, the bed is new and comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious enough for older guests or wheelchair users. It’s handy that you can park in the garage and rent a room. Bangsaen Fish Market is an easy 500-meter walk away, and it’s easy to find food or order delivery. There’s a key card deposit, which you get back at checkout. Before leaving, call reception and wait in the room while a staff member checks it, then contact reception.

The checkout and towel charge left us really upset. We liked the hotel itself, the rooms were new, clean, and quiet, and next time we’d like to try the pool villa since it’s reasonably priced. But this checkout process was not okay. We stayed in a Superior room. Check-in required a 500 THB key card deposit, cash only. When booking through Facebook, the accommodation sent a lot of details, which I thought was good because they should have mentioned them from the start. I read and understood everything. The reception staff were nice when we arrived, and even warned us that bath bombs from 7-Eleven could stain the towels and lead to a fine. It was good to know in advance. The room was new, and the bathroom spacious, but there was no exhaust fan, so I think it will smell in the future. There were no towel hangers in the bathroom. The jacuzzi was running, but the water wasn’t hot. We were asked to call before checkout so staff could inspect the room before returning the key card and avoid a long wait. No one answered even after a long time and two calls. When the housekeeper finally arrived, she checked everything very thoroughly, including opening things and checking the towels, and told us everything was in order. At the front desk, though, we were told there was a fine for stains on the towels. We asked what stain and were shown a photo of a black mark. There were five or six evenly spaced marks in a row. We’d already noticed similar evenly spaced black marks on the pillowcase. We suspected the washing and drying machine, since it seemed impossible for a person to make such identical marks on more than one piece of fabric. The hotel should check its equipment before blaming a guest. We immediately told the staff we knew about the marks and had expected them to charge us for the fabric stains. They quickly said it was okay, and that next time we should report any fabric stains to the front desk right away. We hadn’t worried much about the marks at first because they looked like they came from the laundry machines. Still, the staff tried to fine us without first looking into where they came from. The worst part was that the housekeeper checked the room and towels carefully and told us everything was fine, then messaged the front desk that the stains were our fault and we had to pay. Why didn’t she say that during the inspection? We don’t have photos of the towel marks because we didn’t expect this to happen. When we saw the pillowcase, we felt a little uneasy and took a picture, trying not to overthink it. But when the front desk showed us the towel photo, our phone was in the car, so we couldn’t take one.

The lobby staff are lovely and always smiling, and the Wi-Fi worked without trouble. It’s easy to get around from here, close to attractions and restaurants, and the place felt safe. Our room was clean, new, spacious, and had a bathtub and private parking. The beds were comfortable.
