We first got a room with loud air conditioning infrastructure, but after we told the staff, they quickly arranged a quieter room and moved our things for us. The team was friendly and very supportive, and everything was clean and working. It's a good place to relax and stands out in an otherwise unremarkable area. Bangsaen beach is less popular with tourists because it's not very clean or organized, though there have been some small improvements lately. If you're in the region, this resort is worth a visit.

A good spot for a relaxing getaway weekend. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with very friendly, polite, helpful staff. The balcony furniture doesn't look so great, though. The pool is pretty small, fine for relaxing but not swimming. The hotel is somewhat hidden and remote, and the beach is a fair distance away, so you can't see it from the hotel.

It's a very good little hotel, with mature trees around the grounds, a handy shop at reception, and good parking. The modern, clean rooms are large, and the staff are friendly. It's close to the beach and night market, yet far enough from the roads to avoid noise from late-night 'dec-wen' street racers. The main drawback is the unusually loud AC. Even with yours switched off, you can hear your neighbour's compressor, which seems bolted to your wall. If noise bothers you, bring earplugs.

For me, the staff were the one really good thing, super polite and nice. The room cost 2,600 THB and was just so-so: large, but with an uncomfortable bed and a big balcony with poor furniture. The pool was lame and the location average. I'd seen people praise breakfast, but I was shocked to find cheap processed food floating in water. I managed a fried egg and two slices of bread with jam, and couldn't eat the other options. We left for Tyde resorts, which was 800 baht cheaper, a four-star hotel facing the beach with a great buffet breakfast and a giant pool. Phu places might have been okay at 1,200-1,500 a night, but not for 2,600. The amazing reviews and photos drew me in, but I don't think it was worth the price apart from the nice staff.
