The rooms are spacious and clean, but it's inconvenient without your own transport. The TV is there, though the WiFi is so bad you can't use it. The air conditioning is really hot, and the bed is hard as a rock.

This feels like a two-star hotel. Chonburi Hospital is 5.5 km away, not the advertised 2 km. There's no water heater for coffee, and there's no food available. The workers don't know anything, and both the restaurant and 7-Eleven are far away. The air-con was so noisy that even earplugs didn't make it easy to sleep.

The room and service were awful. The room was smaller than the pictures suggested, with a cramped, inconvenient bathroom, and an elderly woman was rude and disrespectful. They charged a 300 baht deposit without warning me in advance or mentioning it on the app. I was even mocked and told they would deduct the money if I soiled the bed. I won't stay here again, even if I find cheaper accommodation. It felt like I paid extra for this place, and I hadn't expected such a high deposit when some places charge under 200 baht or almost nothing. Anyone thinking of staying should check everything carefully beforehand. I can barely give it one star.
