It was okay.

I only stayed because my usual places were fully booked, and this would be my last choice in the future. I paid 600 baht but felt the room was worth 300 baht at most. The TV stand was there, but there was no TV, and there was no bath mat outside the bathroom. The toilet only flushed once before needing to refill. The towels had strange yellow stains, so I was glad I’d brought my own. For that price, this was unacceptable. If things stay like this, I can’t see walk-in customers choosing it. Think carefully before booking.

The rooms are spacious, and rent is handled through the management. Electricity isn’t expensive, depending on how much you use. The management staff are great to deal with, easy to talk to and always willing to help. I’ve never had a problem living here.

We’ve lived here for five years, and four or five of my friends live here too. We’re all getting on normally without problems. The elevators rarely break down, and the parking lot is always full. We haven’t had trouble with smelly water or theft. If something goes missing, we contact the management office and ask to check the security camera footage. The office is available by phone and works every day to deal with issues. If they’re late to an appointment, we call or message them on LINE. People can be careless sometimes, of course, but the management office is there to address problems.
