The room was spacious and really clean, and the place itself was nice and tidy.

There’s a 7-Eleven just up the road, which is handy, though the motel is a little off the beaten track. I liked the covered area in front of the rooms where you can sit at the tables outside. Breakfast was included and pretty reasonable, with fried rice and a couple of sides. The property looked almost new, or maybe freshly renovated, and was immaculate apart from a demolished building that they’re probably replacing. I’d give it four stars.

For the price, it’s good, and the breakfast was delicious.

There’s plenty of parking if you come by private car, and the rooms connect to open waiting areas with fans and mosquito repellent for sitting around at night. The included breakfast is simple but tasty, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean, affordable, and easy to reach. I’d stay here again if I come back to Chumphon.

I'm not quite sure how to rate this. There are a few things worth mentioning below, but for two nights, it was okay.
