We stayed two nights and liked it a lot. The hosts are lovely and helpful, and breakfast is very good. Life moves slowly here and it's mostly peaceful, apart from a few birds early in the morning. It's about two hours from Bangkok, so we stopped here on the way rather than making a day trip from Bangkok and back to see the floating markets, both night and day, and the train market. Nath, the owner, is a true artist. The hosts are charming, and the breakfast is very good and varied, changing from day to day. The peaceful place sits beside a klong, though boat noise during the day can bother you. Cycling through the palm groves and taking boat trips along the klongs are both very pleasant. Excellent value for the price.

A shame I couldn't find any photos of this place. It's a peaceful garden escape, with the canal in view and longtail boats passing now and then. The bungalows are private, separate from each other, and nicely designed inside, including a mezzanine you can climb up to. A great spot to unwind surrounded by nature.

It felt so much like home here. Khun Nat and Khun Mam are incredibly kind, and the accommodation is peaceful with a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable. If you're after a relaxed, simple, casual stay, you should definitely come here. I love Baan Thai Damnoen Canal House Resort! 😊😊😊
