I was stunned by how neglected this place felt. It looked abandoned, and even though I seemed to be the only guest apart from the dogs, they insisted on charging the full rate. The bungalows by the water were 1200 Thb, and everything looked old. I really don't understand why it's still open or why they wouldn't adjust the price, especially with no breakfast included. There weren't even any water bottles, which hasn't happened anywhere else on my trip. Thankfully I'd bought food and drinks before arriving. Then the pipe under the sink leaked and soaked my feet. Surely someone cleaning the room would notice that? Please make some upgrades.

The resort turned us away even though we'd booked and paid through Agoda and had both a booking number and payment confirmation. They said they didn't accept reservations made on that site. Other people who drove in from different provinces had the same problem, so this wasn't just my experience. If the resort isn't ready to take guests, it should close instead of accepting bookings.
