Lana Hotel

The staff really made this place for us. They were always around to help, and one of them even helped us work through a complicated trip we still had ahead of us. The resort feels like a quiet little oasis, with lovely details and a relaxing design. We had a very happy stay, and it’s one of the most comfortable, relaxing places we’ve been in Thailand. After a long day in Chiang Mai, it was great to lounge in the sun by the pool. The pool area is comfortable, spotless, and has snacks and drinks available. The rooms smell fresh, come with nice toiletries, and are cleaned daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having two pillows was a first for us in Thailand. There’s a café on site, a simple breakfast you can help yourself to, and snacks throughout the day. We could walk to a nearby 7-Eleven and local restaurants in just a couple of minutes.

The rooms are cute and the support staff keep them clean. Snacks are available at the front and in the dining area, and the pool gets sunshine most of the day. The front desk team were especially helpful, knew the neighborhood well, and could arrange bike rentals. There’s a community center with a big pool and good Muay Thai and BJJ gyms about a 10-minute walk away. Old City and Rajapruek are roughly 20 minutes away. The café next door has a good breakfast at a fair price. I’d stay here again.

The pool was clean, a nice temperature, and a great place to read. The beds were comfortable too, and the staff were so kind and always smiling. We really liked having a private backyard and the rechargeable Bluetooth speaker. It felt cozy and like home. Snacks were included around the clock, with noodles, cookies, popcorn, juice, and a refillable water station, which I loved. The 7/11 is right across the street, so that was handy. We had a very good lunch at the attached cafe and enjoyed nearby local places as well, with both traditional Thai and North American food to choose from. We came for a comfortable, relaxing stay, and that’s exactly what we got. Thanks for a wonderful visit. We’ll be back! Josee and Paul

Everything about the atmosphere is beautiful. This was the best experience I’ve ever had, and I’d absolutely recommend that everyone come by. It’s so lovely.
