The room was gorgeous, and the staff were quick and helpful. Our toilet kept running, but they came up and fixed it within 15 minutes. The only odd thing was a window into the shower and bathroom area. Maybe that’s romantic for some, but I found it strange. There’s a roll-down blind if you want privacy. The resort is highly recommended for its food and service, and its beautiful valley setting among lush green mountains, away from the city.

There’s a full-size swimming pool with a diving board, and plenty of space to relax. The place is huge, with so many areas that each could be a hotel on its own. It’s very clean and as beautiful as the photos, and clearly took a lot of time and money to develop. The rooms are comfortable, though the bed was hard as a rock. It’s a shame there are so few guests. The resort was made for lots of people, with activities, meeting rooms, restaurants, and playgrounds, so seeing it all so empty felt a bit sad. Still, it was a good place to stay and unwind.

We chose this as our first pick for group events in Chiangmai, and it’s great value. There are several meeting room options, the food is good, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is convenient. The natural surroundings are peaceful, and the staff respond extremely quickly.

A clean, well-kept place in a quiet spot outside the city, nice for getting away. The rooms and facilities have a rustic but modern feel. Staff are friendly and willing to go above and beyond, and there’s space to meet or hold a conference if needed.
