The pool was clean and pleasant to swim in, and the staff were polite, friendly, and tried to help. But the pool had no lighting or jacuzzi, and those positives don’t make up for how different the resort is from its website photos. The pictures seem to be from when the place was well maintained, about five years ago. When we arrived, it was roughly 12 kilometers from the center, much farther than indicated, and took at least 40 minutes to reach the center. The rooms looked half abandoned, were dirty and dusty, with cobwebs and a moldy smell. The bathrooms were awful and moldy too. Given the location and condition, I’d say it was worth only 200-300 baht. I stayed for over a week and can’t think of another positive thing. Please read this before booking. I don’t recommend paying this price for such a neglected resort. Don’t fall for what felt like a scam.
