Asia Grand Hotel Hat Yai

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we loved the swimming pool. The area was perfect and very close to town. Food was authentic and tasty, and the room stayed cool with good AC and a fan. They cleaned whenever we asked. Enjoyed every moment!

I had to move rooms twice. In the first, a loud buzzing started whenever the lights were on. The next room was hot and uncomfortable because the air conditioner barely worked. When I asked for maintenance, someone came to “fix” it, then left dust all over the bed and didn't clean up. The night staff attitude was terrible too. I called for help and he ignored me as if he couldn't hear. A truly disappointing hotel, and I would never stay again. It's a miracle it's still in business.

We only stayed because we needed an extra night at the last minute, but I definitely wouldn't return. The front desk was hopeless and offered little help, and the rooms weren't nice either. Over the past six days in Krabi and Hatyai, we'd stayed at better hotels for reasonable prices with much better customer service. There was only one pillow per person, with an extra charge for another. No kettle for hot water, and the balcony was dirty. The only good thing was that a room was available.

The location made getting around easy. 7/11 is just 50 meters away, Lee Garden is 700 meters away, and Kaitod Decha and Kaitod Sofeya are 500 meters away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a really pleasant stay and would come back.
