The lady boss was very friendly and good at English, and the room was big and so clean you could see reflections in the tiles. The water pressure and air conditioning were good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It's near ASEAN market, MC Donald, a seafood restaurant, and a famous diam sum restaurant. Smokers shouldn't stay here. They only allow one card, and there are so many rules that I was a bit stressed and felt it was better to photograph the items before checkout in case of disputes. There's a deposit of RM 300 or 3000bath or SGD 50, refunded after checkout once inspection is complete.

For a budget hotel, it was okay, and there was nothing to complain about with the cleanliness. We asked for an extra bed and got a good one raised on a platform, not one on the floor. Tourist spots are fairly accessible if you have a car. The hotel sits down a small alley, so you need to keep your eyes open to find it.

The price is very reasonable for solo or couple travelers. It's a bit far from the city center, so you'd need to walk to catch a tuk tuk, but you can still get there by GRAB. The area is very quiet, with no bar or disco nearby. Customer service was very good, and they were really helpful in finding me a rental car with driver.

It's in a quieter part of Hatyai, but still within walking distance of the Asean Bazaar area. There's a 7E close by, which is handy, though the street feels really empty when you're walking at night. The hotel is clean and simple, and the bed was a little hard but okay.
