This was an affordable option for a trip to Hatyai that mixed work and leisure, and the price compared well with other places. The front desk staff were polite and happy to answer questions. Check-in came with an old-school physical key attached to an acrylic tag showing the room number. The pictures seem outdated. The building and room both looked older than expected, though the place was maintained properly. Our room was quite dark, with limited lights, but there was enough illumination. The air conditioner compressor sat on the balcony and got noisy at night when we turned the AC up, so light sleepers may have trouble. There was no kettle either, so anyone wanting hot water for a drink has to bring a bottle down to the front desk. Amenities are limited, but for an inexpensive stay that may be just fine. If you're after luxury, you'd probably want another hotel.

It’s in a quieter part of Hatyai, so getting a tuktuk can be a little tricky. There's well-known food nearby, including Cheevitchava, Sukhothai, and Somtamchaba, if you don't mind walking a bit. 7E is right in front for snacks. The room was clean, had no smell, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the good water pressure and the full-size fridge. A solid stay.

The staff were patient and really helpful, although they don't speak much English. There's laundry service and good Thai food within walking distance. It's a handy location if you have transport. The free wifi was often unusable.

The room wasn't very clean, though the low price made it feel worthwhile if you just need somewhere to sleep. Attractions are within walking distance, but halal restaurants are a little farther away.
