The staff were attentive and friendly, and they could speak English. At the cafe near reception, you can choose a specialty coffee by smelling the beans first. I’d definitely try the Latte Coconut, it’s refreshing and delicious. The owner’s Japanese-inspired decor mixed with modern design makes for a comfortable atmosphere throughout. Rooms are spacious enough for families, couples, or travellers wanting a rest after their journey in Hatyai. The hotel is in the heart of Hatyai, so it’s easy to get around and visit nearby attractions.

A short walk from Lee Garden Market, the location was very convenient. I especially loved the large tub with onsen bath powder, and the complimentary Chang beer in the minibar was a nice extra. The clean, minimal Japanese look made the place peaceful and spotless, just what I wanted for a relaxing stay. I’d happily recommend it to couples looking for somewhere comfortable and quiet.

We had a great stay. The Japanese-themed room was roomy and cosy, and the staff were helpful and easy to communicate with. There’s a comfortable cafe downstairs, where hotel guests get a discount. The complimentary minibar was a great touch for a boutique hotel. Lots of nice cafes, food, drinks, and massage places are nearby.

Mint and the staff made my wife's birthday feel special. Thanks for going the extra mile, and for all the warmth and hospitality. I loved how practical and thoughtful the design was while still keeping to its theme, and the place felt like our own private retreat. Best of all, it was spotless. I was honestly surprised to find no missed spots, even on the blinds or around the shower and bath, where mouldy grout can show up even in five-star resorts. Hoshi Hotel, I hope you prosper for years to come. I’m looking forward to visiting again someday.

The staff were super friendly and the hotel was very clean. It’s also really close to Lee garden nightmare and Kim Yong Market. Five stars from me 😍
