There was no electricity, water, food, or drink, and staff weren’t helpful. On top of that, the room wasn’t properly cleaned when I checked in, and several promised amenities were missing or didn’t work. Basic requests took far too long, and when I complained, the response was unprofessional. The staff were unfriendly and the service was a real disappointment for what I paid. I won’t be back and can’t recommend this hotel. I hope management improves things for future guests.

The location is very convenient, and both the capsule and toilet were clean. Noise carries through the capsule walls, though. You can hear people walking, opening doors, or chatting outside.

We stayed in the capsules, and the washrooms were kept hygienic. The capsules were clean too, though a little dusty beneath the sliding door. It wasn’t crowded during our stay, and the location is prime.

I felt comfortable and safe during my 4D3N capsule stay, from 30 May 2024 to 2 June 2024. I’m from Malaysia, and I’d recommend this place to people traveling alone or with friends, whether female or male. The location is strategic and the staff are lovely and helpful. The mixed capsules are on the 3rd floor, with separate facilities: two toilets, two shower rooms, and one basin for each. They provide rubber slippers for the toilets, and there’s a locker for shoes. You can take the elevator or stairs up to the rooftop garden, which is a nice spot to relax at night.

There’s plenty nearby, including the town night market for food, massage shops, pharmacies, and the Shopping Centre. My stay at Icon Hotel was fantastic. The standard room’s cube-box design was an interesting touch, and the female-only Level 3 felt like a thoughtful choice for comfort and safety. The toilets were clean too.
