Neca Complex Apartment

The suite was lovely, and the receptionist gave great service. Parking under the apartment is good but limited, though there are more spaces beside the hotel. The room looks really nice, but the floor was sticky until I asked the receptionist to have it cleaned, and the area around the bathtub wasn’t clean. The router on the 4th floor was broken, and nobody mentioned it beforehand, so I had no WiFi for the whole stay.

The studio was spacious and clean, and everything met my expectations and then some. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived around 11am, and they hurried the cleaners along so I could check in after about 30 minutes. The location is a little out of the way, but that’s clear on the map before booking. I loved the stay and will book again. Not sure why some people complain. Well done!

With your own transport, it’s convenient for getting around to different places. Lee Garden is about a 15 minute drive away, and sadao takes around 40 minutes. I’d give the environment 5 stars, the spaciousness and service/front desk 4 each, cleanliness and facilities 3 each, and 4 stars overall.

I spent five days here and enjoyed it. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the security guard was nice and even helped me park. Being near the university means there are lots of eateries and coffee shops that suit students.
