The owner was kind and gave us an extra mattress without charge. The house was clean and spacious, and still comfortable with a lot of people staying there. It's close to the city, with plenty of parking that's spacious and felt safe. A good fit for motorcycle groups.
This is the cleanest and nicest house we've stayed in so far in Thailand. The bed linen and towels smelled amazing, and the stay was just perfect. A small cooker hob and a pot would be a great addition for cooking.
Pani House 4 was cosy and comfortable, and we had an awesome stay. The amenities were in great condition and well maintained, with private parking available. The host was friendly and easy to reach if we had questions. Highly recommended!
The host was very friendly and helpful, and I'd definitely come back to Pani House for a Hat Yai vacation. The house was spacious, with towels, soap, and mineral water provided. It was a peaceful break from the city's bustle, even though attractions were close by. I had a wonderful stay.
The house was very clean and had lots of facilities: a washing machine, three TVs with Netflix, the owner's premium YouTube account, a refrigerator, outside CCTV, and a water heater. There are three bedrooms with three queen beds and one single bed, plus two extra single beds kept in another room. Towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes were supplied, and the owners also gave us mineral water. It's about a 300m walk to 7E. The price was very cheap considering how much was provided.
