I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, spacious, and comfortable the room was for a 2-star place. Having a parking spot for each room was a big plus, and the polite front desk staff even checked whether I wanted housekeeping. Water pressure was a little weak, and getting to the rooms involves stairs, so it’s not wheelchair-friendly. For the price, the stay met or exceeded my expectations.

The manager was so rude. I booked the wrong date, and staff told me I should pay 400bath for the room and that they wanted to cancel my booking. But 7days later, Agoda still showed it as confirmed. When I emailed, they said they couldn’t cancel it and I had to call Agoda. Agoda told me only the property could fix it. U SO RUDEE!!! JUST WANT TAKE THE MONEY

The rooms are pleasant, restful, and convenient for parking, and I’ve stayed here a couple of times. It costs 400 baht per night, but you’ll need your own transport. For stays longer than one night, housekeeping is a problem: they didn’t change the sheets or towels before checkout, even when I asked a few times. You have to go to reception to collect daily water and toiletries. That’s why I gave service 2 stars. In other places I’ve stayed around Thailand, housekeeping is done daily, including fresh bedspreads and towels. They also say “No Vacancy” to walk-ins, but I’ve found rooms on Agoda and other booking apps. It’s happened to me repeatedly.

Up in the northern part of Hatyai, this resort is quiet, with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The rate is affordable, and you get your own parking space under the room.

Good value, and the place feels peaceful, quiet, and private. The standout is the big car porch of your own, with a garage for both car and motorbike. The location is the only thing that gives me pause.
