The room has more than you’d expect for the price: water, a kettle, hair dryer, mains filter, and all the basics. The staff were polite and it’s a nice place. The only thing that made us cheer up was having to chase two cockroaches out.

The property is very new, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. I had a comfortable first stay and planned to return. It’s more of a home-tel than a hotel, away from the tourist area, with few cafes or restaurants in walking distance. Train lines separate it from the CBD. Maybe that’s why tourists don’t come here. It’s about a 10min walk to the Police Station, where you can catch a passing songthaew on Phet Kasem Rd to most places for 10B. On my second stay, dated 13/6/19, I was a bit disappointed. For the money, I think rooms should at least have a reading light and a fridge. There’s no kitchen, breakfast option, or relaxing area. Being tourist free has a downside too: it’s in the poorer end of town among shanties, and a woman on her own might not feel safe. I think there are better options.

Maklum. The hotel is very clean, the owner is friendly, and the room and toilet are beautiful. The only issue was that the shower water in my room ran slowly, though the sink and toilet bowl had strong water. 9.5/10 💞

The room and bathroom were neat and clean, and the air conditioning helped a lot in the hot season. The water heater worked, the bed was comfy, and the service was pleasant. The downside is the long distance from town and an accessible public stop.
