TK Mansion Hat Yai

A pleasant stay. The hotel seems to have just been renovated, and it looks nice.

We felt like the only guests in the whole building. It had a deserted, haunted feel, and all six of us decided to leave for another hotel even though we’d already paid in full for two rooms. TK Mansion felt eerie and unsafe, set in a wasteland area among derelict buildings. Suphasan Condominium is behind it, with shoplots and shophouses on either side. Only the main road was bright. The basement carpark was full of mosquitos, with no lift up to the lobby. Five or six dusty cars were parked down there, making it look eerie and strange. There was only one plus for us, a spacious room with a large balcony. The reception looked grumpy and couldn’t speak English. The lobby was hot and poorly ventilated, and the facilities were old and not well maintained. The room smelled when we entered, had cobwebs, and an old bed that creaked and wasn’t comfortable. The shower pressure was low, and there was no hair dryer.

There’s free parking, and the hotel is close to the city and shopping area. Our room was spacious, clean, and big, with a balcony and sink. It also had a fridge, and the a/c was very cold. Highly recommend this hotel.
