For an overnight stop, this motel is very affordable, and parking right below the room keeps your vehicle secure. The room is a little run-down, but having convenient parking is a plus.

There's a dedicated parking lot, which is handy if you're driving yourself. The reception staff were rude.

Check-in was simple, with no hassle. The room was very good value, honestly better than I'd expect for this price in my home country. Maybe it's low season, since I didn't see many tourists. The resort is two floors, though, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. It's near the bus terminal, and only about five minutes from the tutuk. Overall, a good stay.

For a short trip, this is a good place to stay, and they provide drinking water every day. Just be aware there are lots of stairs, so it may not suit anyone carrying heavy bags. The bathroom smelled like eggs, possibly a drainage problem. I couldn't find an iron or an ironing room, so bringing a small travel iron would be a good idea.
