The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the location is handy. Baan Khun Por Food Court is within walking distance, with plenty of nice little local restaurants nearby. The fridge was a good size, the shower and toilet worked, and the air conditioning was okay. The TV is a basic model, not a smart TV. There’s no tea or coffee in the room, but you can make your own downstairs. Tables and chairs at the front are useful for eating a Grab delivery outside. I was disappointed with the balcony. The booking photos made it look like a large outdoor space, but ours was tiny, with no room to sit and no table or chairs. The air conditioning unit also leaked water onto the balcony floor. There was a persistent bad smell from the shower drain, too. If you just need a roomy place in a convenient area, it’s decent. But you may be disappointed if you’re booking for the outdoor space in the photos. The front rooms have the big balconies; the back is no good. If they don’t have a front room available, I won’t stay here again. And if you stain the bed, it’ll cost you 500 baht.
