Monthly rent is very cheap, and the location behind san paulo hospital is great. The rooms are basic, though. The bathroom drain smelled really bad, and before moving in I had to clean up dead insects and dust from the floor.

A good spot for a long-term rental too. Soi 86 is close to the evening market, restaurants, and a mall.
