Baan Chonticha Hua Hin

I checked out and cancelled my booking straight away because I couldn't sleep. Music, shouting from drunk people, and motorbikes going up and down the Soi outside kept going until 3-4am, and the bed felt like a wooden board. It was an incredibly noisy hotel. The staff were friendly and nice, and it’s very, very close to nightlife and restaurants, but that location came with constant noise.

The rooms are clean and finished to a high standard, but the lighting could be better. There’s no lamp by the bed or desk, so you have to get up to turn the light off when you’re ready to sleep. The bathroom was so dim that shaving was difficult. The facilities get 5/5 from me. There’s a small pool that looks well cared for, and the WiFi was faster than at any other hotel I’ve stayed in in Thailand. Reception staff were welcoming and pleasant, and the cleaning staff were brilliant, always cheerful and fun to see. 5/5 for both teams.

The staff are the friendliest I've ever met, and the pool is nice. Initial Hotel is on soi 94, near wonderland, with food, shopping and nightlife right outside. It’s quiet at night, too. I love this place.

There’s a decent pool and a large car park at this well located ApartHotel on Soi 94. The bedrooms are spacious and each has a balcony. They have daily, weekly and monthly rates, and the staff are always smiling and very helpful.
