The team at iSanook made us feel like they were genuinely happy we were there. Staff were all smiles, greeted us each day, spoke great English and were always accommodating. Honestly, I'd give the service 10 stars if I could. Amazing job, iSanook, and thanks to everyone for making our stay unforgettable. ❤️ The atmosphere was incredible, with lots of places to hang out, an impressive pool area, and an outdoor grass space behind the pool for activities. There were also birds making sounds I’d never heard before. Breakfast was VERY worth paying for each day. Everything was delicious, with Thai options, salad, bread, fresh juices, fresh fruit, coffee and someone ready to cook omelets. The location was perfect for me: about a 3 minute walk to 7/11 and a few tasty, cheap local restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Hua Hin downtown was about a 15 minute drive. I rented a 2 person scooter for 300 baht per day, which made driving around a blast. Our room was just the right size for a couple. The large bed seemed to be two smaller beds pushed together, but that was fine for us. The AC worked very well, and the hot water and water pressure were great.

We stayed 13/11 - 17/11 2025. Breakfast scored 4 for selection, 3 for quality and 3 for value for money, using scales where 1 means sparse, terrible or not worth the money, and 10 means overwhelming, highest quality or absolutely worth the money. The breakfast room gets quite noisy when very crowded, and there’s no option to sit outside for breakfast. Moving breakfast is available if desired. We picked this typical charter hotel for the Private Pool Suite 120sq. It’s on the roof, with a large private pool and a magnificent view. The room is spacious and airy, quiet, clean and fresh, with a kettle. Still, the bathroom area feels unusually open, and the toilet has only a small glass door. My tip would be to add a glass path around the bathroom and put the bathtub on a small ledge, so you could enjoy the lovely view from it. The room also has a small fridge and no seat cushions on its sun loungers. There’s another pool and free parking. Central Hua Hin is about 20 minutes away.

The location keeps you near the city but away from the noise, and the free shuttle works well. It was modern, clean and everything worked. I enjoyed my stay, with nothing really to complain about. Breakfast was good, the pool was nice, and the gym had everything needed for a workout.

I came back this year and even had a few people stop me because they remembered me from last year. The service is impeccable, room service is wonderful, and the pool has a really chill vibe. I spent several days working there and never had a problem with the internet. The gym has everything you need. There’s a shuttle that takes you wherever you need to go and picks you up again. When I left the hotel, they arranged all the transport for me to get to Koh Phangan, so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I love this place.
