We first stayed for a month in 2025 and came back in 2026 because we liked the condo. It’s near restaurants and massage shops, and not too far from a couple of malls. The apartment on our second visit had been renovated recently and felt quite modern. At mid to low tide there’s good beach access, but none at high tide. The sun lounges were often claimed with towels in the morning, then left unused for hours. There were also so many children in the pool without supervision that I didn’t feel safe swimming. They jumped in without checking if anyone was nearby. Children were often left unsupervised around the complex too, running between the two buildings and making lots of noise. This place may suit families better.

The beach is lovely at this time of year, and the pools are huge. There’s also a gym near the beach. We’ve been here for two weeks, and it’s a really handy location for Cicada night market, which we can walk to, along with local restaurants and coffee spots. The staff are great, and there’s a water machine and washing machines in the basement.

Pretty good place. The staff are really nice and keep things fairly clean. The pool area is pleasant, but in November and December this year there was no beach during the day. We couldn’t swim in the sea because the waves were too dangerous in this area.

The shared areas were in really good shape, and the pool was both huge and clean, with direct beach access. I’m looking forward to coming back to Baan Sansuk.
