City Beach Resort

The location is very good, the rooms are large, and the bed gives you a good night’s sleep. But there are too many problems. The breakfast was among the worst I’ve experienced, with a very limited selection below a reasonable standard. I recommend skipping it and eating elsewhere. The bathroom is almost unusable. Water wouldn’t drain from the sink, and the shower is mounted too low with weak pressure, making bathing quite a challenge. There’s only one outlet in the room, so bring your own extension cord. Ask for toilet paper when you arrive, or you may regret it later. There are too few sunbeds, and you can only use them until around midday. The place desperately needs renovation. Room 429.

A comfortable room for the price, with good beds, a nice pool, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The location is perfect: central and close to the beach, but away from the bar street noise. It has everything you need for a few days.

The room rate, location, and staff are hard to beat. The place is outdated and needs a refurb, but our room was clean and had a nice balcony facing the pool and music from Father Ted's Irish bar☘️. The bar has affordable prices and outdoor seating, and there’s ample parking. We’ll be back for weekend breaks💯

My room was in unacceptable condition and didn’t meet the standard shown on Agoda’s website. It was very dirty and dusty, there was visible mold in the bathroom, and the balcony door was broken and wouldn’t lock, which felt like a safety issue.
