I really liked having my own blanket during the stay. The owner thoughtfully puts two in every room, which is nice even for couples who may not want to share. The room was clean and cute, and the owner was kind and very friendly. The shower room is quite small, but it still has two showers. This place is awesome!

We first needed somewhere to stay temporarily in Hua Hin, so after reading reviews we gave this place a try. It was such a good choice that we booked three weeks for our return in February. After years of traveling around Southeast Asia, it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed. Tom is a lovely man and runs a first-rate place. The price is very good, and there are no downsides I could see. The room is spacious, with a large comfortable bed and premium linens. Everything is super clean, with thoughtful touches and amenities, a separate shower area and toilet, and good quality towels. There’s a pleasant sitting area and a pretty little garden. The Wi-Fi is good, and there’s a decent selection of English channels. It’s next to a 7 11, with plenty of places to eat nearby, and close to the weekend market. I could go on about how much we liked it. If anyone finds a cleaner place in Hua Hin, or anywhere else, I’ll send them a thousand baht. Highly recommended.

The owner really notices the little things, and everything is well cared for. Our room was spacious and clean. One of the best family-run places I’ve stayed in. Very good.

I’d have stayed longer, but the place was full. It’s a nice, secure, clean room in a good location, and the TV channel selection was the best I’ve seen so far. Great value for the money, and the man was nice. Highly recommend.
