The location is great, and it's quiet enough to sleep well. My room is spacious, with a big bed, duvet, two large pillows, hot water and good shower pressure. There's also a TV, fridge, table and chairs. I booked five days at first, but I'm going to stay for around a month because I feel comfortable here and have what I need. The cleaning lady is kind and very helpful. She doesn't speak English, but we've managed. Toilet paper, water, a microwave and utensils are available on the first floor whenever needed. I'd recommend this place :)

The room was clean and roomy, with a firm bed, fresh sheets and good water pressure. The bathroom was clean and had soap and shampoo. Two towels and two bottles of water were waiting when I arrived. I didn't need any service during my four nights, though a lady is on site for laundry and cleaning. You're right in the center, with the night market three minutes away, plenty of food places and a 7-11 nearby, and the beach about a 15-minute walk. It's good value, but road noise comes into the room from the traffic light intersection.

I booked a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, but was handed a key to a lousy room instead. The cleaning lady contacted the manager after I explained, then only told me the apartment wasn't available. There was no apology, discount or compensation. I contacted Agoda, and they cancelled these con artists. It took hours to sort out. I checked in at 2PM and left around 4PM to find another apartment.

The room is large, but the poor soundproofing lets in loud car and motorcycle noise, and I struggled to fall asleep. Water and toilet paper are left outside the door each day. You can have the room cleaned every other day if you need it.
