I stayed one night and had a pleasant experience. The check-in was quick and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming. DJ Kaewta and the Sky Bar & Lounge team, Nona, JJ, and Mint, deserve a special mention for their warm, attentive help. The music was thoughtfully chosen and made for a relaxed, polished evening. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were low and didn’t give enough support, which affected my sleep. Breakfast was satisfactory and had the usual choices for a hotel in this category, though it didn’t stand out from competitors. I’d be happy to recommend the hotel, while also wanting to try other options on future visits and compare the experience. I appreciate the team’s hospitality and efforts to make the stay comfortable.

The Kids Club was a huge hit with our girls, who didn’t want to leave. The team there were warm, attentive, creative and caring. It felt safe and fun, with thoughtful activities that gave us parents time to relax. Direct access to the water park was another big highlight, and the kids had endless fun. We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Hua Hin with our children, aged 11, 8 and 3, and it exceeded what we expected. The room had thoughtful touches that made the kids feel welcome, the pool area was spacious, and the sky bar was a lovely place to unwind in the evening with great views. Breakfast was fantastic, and being close to the weekend markets made evening outings around Hua Hin easy and enjoyable. It’s a rare mix of a real family paradise and a place that still feels stylish, calm and high quality. We’d absolutely return and recommend it to families.

The room was modern, cozy and beautifully kept, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Receptionist Pearwa was especially warm, professional and helpful during check-in, and represented the hotel well. A few things could be better: the walls don’t block sound, so we heard children running in the morning; there was no bathrobe, laundry bag or face towel in the room; and the WiFi was weak when we tried to watch YouTube on the TV. Even with those shortcomings, we enjoyed the stay overall thanks to the comfortable surroundings and friendly service.

We stayed five nights in Jan-2026 and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious, spotless, nicely decorated and well furnished, and the whole staff were very service-oriented. We had one two-bedroom apartment and one double room, and especially loved the apartment. The only drawback was the wind, which was outside the hotel’s control.

The waterpark next door was a big hit with the kids, and getting there was so easy. They also loved the bunk beds and little tent in our room. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices for everyone. We had a great family stay at Holiday Inn Hua Hin and would happily come back.
