Hua Hin White Villa

I loved the area during my five-night stay. Market Village mall is right across from the hotel, and the beach is just a three-minute walk away.

The location was the only convenient part. The room was tiny, poorly arranged, and had no luggage room. The AC wasn’t cold, its remote didn’t work properly, and water was dripping. Breakfast was a fixed set menu, and it felt odd that we were the only family in the breakfast room. Everything else was inconvenient. No next time!

For the location, the price is a bargain. I’ve used this hotel for myself and guests for about eight years. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean and quite OK for couples or families, and breakfast is usually included. There’s free parking, a 7/11 next door, and a good shopping mall across the street with lots of dining choices. The beach is about 300 metres away along an easy paved drive. Out front there’s a van stop with a tour booth, and songthews, covered pickup trucks with seats in back, run continuously into the downtown area about a mile away for 10 baht.

The room was roomy and comfortable, if a little plain, and the hotel was clean with decent facilities. The breakfast buffet was very basic. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location made it easy to get to Village Market, the mall, and places to eat.
