It’s a beautiful residential condominium. Just be aware that, under Thai law, renting an apartment here through Air BNB, Booking.com, and similar sites is illegal unless the owner provides a rental contract for at least one month and you have a suitable visa for your stay. Holiday bookings of 1-3 weeks or less aren’t legal without a hotel license, and the worst-case penalty can be prison.

I’d happily come back here. It’s peaceful, the beach is clean, and there are a few good restaurants and a temple to visit not far away.

It’s a lovely beachfront condominium, but there’s a kite surfing school here. With that going on, swimming or just lying on the beach isn’t really possible.
