Majestic Creek Golf Club & Resort

Majestic Creek has wide fairways and plenty of room off the tee, with long holes that reward straight shots and a few well-placed water features. The course was in solid condition, and it felt quiet and comfortable. There's enough variety to keep a round interesting without making it feel crowded. It's a relaxed day out. We regularly direct Fairways of Eden golfers here, especially those who enjoy spacious courses.

The caddies were very good and helpful, and the restaurant was quite good too. The hotel sits next to the clubhouse, with functional rooms and a nice location. This may be one of Hua Hin's oldest courses, though it's not as famous as some others. It has 27 well-designed holes and draws plenty of golfers. It cost 200 the day I played. The changing rooms are a downside, quite old and not so good. If you're a bad golfer but proud of it, the holes are spaced far enough apart that slices into the woods or water, shots that miss the green, and topped balls generally go unnoticed. The caddies are understanding. Bangkok is quite far, about 3 hrs.

The course has been good value for money, and the greens have stayed in decent shape for at least a year. There are three nine-hole loops, each laid out well. I like A/B best, though C is solid too. And thanks for cutting the blue tee boxes ;) 🙌🏼

I really enjoyed the course. It’s mature and beautifully kept, with a challenge that still feels fair. Looking forward to coming back.
