I only stayed one night, so maybe my room was just unlucky, but I wouldn't recommend it even at 500 baht. The bed was clean and it's near the city center, and you can eat downstairs at what seems like a bar. But the air conditioning took a lot of work to get going, the shower had very little water, and the refrigerator didn't work. The top floor was very warm.

I slept like a baby, so for the price I'd stay again. The location is good, the bed is excellent, it's clean, and the staff are friendly. But the old air conditioning can't keep up, the Wi-Fi needs an upgrade, and the decor is poor. A little investment could make this place so much better.

A miserable experience. They'd forgotten my online booking, and with the place fully booked for Songkran, I had no room. The organization was chaotic, and there was barely any apparent effort to fix the mistake. The place seemed dingy, disorganized, and lackluster. I didn't get to see the room again, and doubt it would have been any better. There are much better options in Hua Hin for the price. The next day, even during Songkran, I found a much better hotel for the same amount.
