We spent four days here for Songkran and had an amazing time. The owner and staff gave us some of the best service, and made this charming bed and breakfast feel like home. The location is hard to beat: the beach, 7-11, local food, and excellent seafood restaurants are all less than a five-minute walk away. The building is older, but it has its own style and charm. You can glimpse the lovely pool as you come up from the front desk, and there's a small sitting area for breakfast. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious. The shower is a bit small, but the big bathtub was great for relaxing. There's plenty of parking along the street outside, which isn't a main street, plus indoor parking for up to three cars. We saw the guest service throughout our stay, including how other guests were treated. For what you pay, it's hard to beat being so close to the beach and places to eat. We plan to stay here again when we're back in town.

The area was quiet and had restaurants, shops, and a spa nearby. Staff were really polite and nice, and we had a peaceful, relaxing time. We'd recommend it!

The beach is only 300 metres away, with some excellent restaurants nearby. There are also some good bars and restaurants in the surrounding area, but they close at 10 pm. The hotel itself badly needs an update. The concrete everywhere, including the room cupboards and shower/bath, made the place look like something from a horror movie. It's also miles from the town centre.

The Riad cafe is a lovely little oasis in Hua Hin, with welcoming staff and tasty Thai food. They cater to vegetarians and vegans, and the comfortable seats look out over the outdoor pool. The hotel rooms were clean, and some open onto the pool area. Highly recommend.

I loved this cozy, atmospheric hotel and would come again. It seems great for a family holiday or a getaway. Shops and cafes in Khao Takiab are close, and the beach is a 500-metre walk. Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls. The staff are really nice, management pays attention to the details, and there's a rooftop with simple furniture and lovely flowers.
