Based on my 2 nights stay there, my overall experience was very good and comfortable. I asked a last floor room which was given and appreciated. There are no lifts but stairs are huge and easy to use. Room was big, including a mini fridge, hair dryer but no kettle which was a bit the down side. Hot water at the shower, good water pressure, shampoo and shower gel dispenser. Basic hanging cabinet with 2 hangers. No power points at the beds (twin beds room). Bed was comfy, bed linen clean and acceptable. Bathroom linen a bit old, torn but still can be used if you are not picky. Ac is working good

We arrived early in the morning. The receptionist didn't show up until 8/9 am, and that's the only time you can find her there. The rest of the time, you'll have to call her phone number to find her. We dropped off our bags and went into town on business, returning in the evening. We were checked in by a security guard who only spoke Thai. He didn't understand anything, even with a translator. When we got to our room... the room was fine, but the bathroom—it probably hadn't been cleaned since opening. There was a huge amount of mold in the shower and all over the floor. The tiles were covered

No elevator you have to walk up by stairs bad staff you can find another hotel with good view by this price
