The pool is the best, huge, spotless, and dotted with lovely trees and plants. There are shallow parts for kids, a jacuzzi, and lots of loungers. I’d never stayed in a condo before and liked it better than a chain hotel: it’s spacious, with a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, and washing machine in the small kitchen area. A café is right opposite, a nice restaurant is two minutes away, and there’s a 24-hour 7/11 plus another supermarket across the road. The beach is a five-minute walk, and there are plenty of places to eat with great food.

I stay in a friend's apartment here from time to time and always enjoy coming back. It’s in a quieter part of Huahin, and the huge pool is kept in great shape. The staff and other guests are friendly and polite, and security is good. There’s plenty of parking, convenience stores nearby, and the beach is only 150 metres away. It’s generally a gentle, relaxing place.

A clean condo with small rooms and a great big pool. There’s security and parking, and the location is ideal for getting to Khao Takiab beach.

The condo was clean, and I had no complaints about the pool itself. I signed a six-month lease and paid cash, but severe air pollution gave me a respiratory infection, so I decided to leave and asked only for my deposits back. My agent didn’t hesitate, but the Seacraze office team refused and, in my view, took my money. They said there was no record of my deposit and fought me over 2000 bhat. I’d already lost over 50k baht in rent, so why would I lie about that deposit? Why would I even ask for it back if I hadn’t paid it at the office? Terrible service.
