The male staff member was very attentive and brought me what I needed, including a fan, power outlets, and BBQ equipment. The accommodation itself was quiet, had a nice atmosphere, and looked like the website photos. Still, there were several problems: the bathroom door had no lock, the pool water was very cloudy, the window sills were dusty, and the room door was covered in mold. The inflatable rings for children shown on the website weren't available when I asked. Breakfast was just instant coffee and small fried dough sticks. I also asked by phone whether breakfast included anything for children. The female staff member replied, “For this room price, the food is commensurate with the room price.” If she'd simply said there wasn't anything, or offered to provide some, I would've been much more impressed. Her dismissive tone made me feel she didn't want me to return. The day after check-in, she called and scolded me for leaving a negative review, asking why I hadn't mentioned the room rate. She said, “For such a low price, with such a large pool, it's already great value.” I don't think a lower room price should mean lower service. We didn't hear the whole conversation. We only heard that one sentence, then hung up because we didn't want to listen, but they kept calling repeatedly. I've never had a guesthouse owner treat me this way before. I stayed just once, and I won't forget the experience.

There's a swimming pool for children, and the place is comfortable with a good atmosphere. The owner is very friendly, and you can contact them if you have trouble finding the accommodation.

We had more than enough room for our three families, and this villa was fantastic! If I come to Huahin again, I'd love to stay here. You'll need a rental car, so be sure to arrange one.
