I almost want to rate this one star so it doesn't get too busy and I can keep it to myself, but I can't. This place is a real gem in Hua Hin, on Soi 70 and only five minutes from the busy city centre. There's a 7/11 next door and a Big C two minutes the other way. No bar or restaurant on site, though there's a decent Thai restaurant beside it and a good cafe across the road. The rooms are clean, lovely, well equipped, and really comfortable. The staff are cheerful and helpful, and the pool is great and hardly ever busy. Prices are very reasonable. Ground floor rooms by the pool cost a little more, while the upstairs rooms have balconies. We paid about 2,200 bht, or £53, per night. Stay here 😁

It isn't a beach resort, but it's a really good place to relax and sleep after a day out exploring. The room was quiet and dark, the mattress was comfortable, and the pillows were good quality. The air-conditioning was strong and fully adjustable from the main control, unlike the fixed systems in many hotels. Everything was immaculately clean, with high-quality workmanship throughout. Service was attentive and always came with a smile. The price is very reasonable for the quality.

My wife and I had a great five-night stay at Treepana. The rooms and pool area were immaculate, and the staff were welcoming and kind. There's no breakfast at the hotel, but the cafe across the road serves an amazing breakfast. We also had a couple of wonderful dinners at the Thai restaurant next door. I highly recommend both. You won't find a cleaner hotel on your travels. Thanks, Treepana!

We had an enjoyable stay. The hotel is very nice, with great, clean rooms and a classy reception area where you can relax. There's a 7 Eleven and several places to eat within 200m.

The pool was pleasant, and the room had lots of pretty details, a comfortable bed and pillows, a big tub, and a good shower. A really lovely place with kind staff. We enjoyed our stay.
