Aom was on hand around the clock and always so helpful. She even drove us and our friend, who couldn't walk far, to dinner in the golf buggy, which was really thoughtful. We also loved the floating breakfast and private BBQ. The villa itself was amazing, with a pool and jacuzzi. What an outstanding place.

The two bedroom villa gave us plenty of comfortable space, with a very roomy bathroom and a cozy living room in a classic style. I felt at ease there because the villa was so private, and the property was very clean. It was my first visit to V villas huahin, and I was really impressed by the beautiful decor. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, especially k.smile, k. Maya and K.kratai. Highly recommended.

The spa treatments were great, and breakfast was a relaxing start to the day. The staff were amazing, attentive, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. The V Villas Hua Hin feels like a private sanctuary, with a calm, exclusive atmosphere. The villas are magnificent and very spacious, with one to three bedrooms and a private pool at each one. It’s a wonderful choice for a luxurious, private holiday where you can feel thoroughly pampered.

Some of the staff were great, especially our butler and a restaurant worker who kept feeling bad about her colleagues' mistakes. I usually try to be flexible and have never written a bad review before, but I feel this needs to be said. I hope the service improves. This seems more like a management or stuck up mindset problem than an issue with the employees. Simple people can spend big too. For a week over New Year's we paid $15k, and the experience was far below what we expect. We waited hours for a steak that wasn't in stock, got French fries with sugar on them, and our car was left outside to collect bird droppings. At checkout, the front desk admitted they had a car park but said they hadn't thought we were guests, so we'd been told to park outside at check in. The toilets also broke. The rooms are worn and don't feel like five star quality. We're top members with GHA and stay at Kempinski/Capellas monthly, and this was a much lower level of experience. At that price, it just doesn't make sense.
