Vanilla Summer Inn

I stayed two nights in room #23, and the place had its good points: a convenient location, a spacious clean room, and a cute little dog downstairs. Still, the stay wasn't very good. The shower water stopped twice while I was in the middle of washing. Once, with shampoo in my hair or shower gel on my skin, the water would simply quit, and I'd have to go downstairs and ask someone to fix it. Staff weren't always there and didn't speak English. I tried explaining in my poor Thai that there was no water, and was told I had two bottles of water 😂, just a misunderstanding. Then there was the air conditioning. It would repeatedly shut off by itself during the night and start beeping, which woke me up completely after an hour or two. If you can laugh about it, the whole thing is kind of funny. But if proper showers and sleep matter to you, I'd probably look elsewhere.
