Veranda Residence Hua Hin 1BR Beachfront

I'd spend my money somewhere else. This doesn't feel like a hotel, and my room had no hot water. The A/C made the chandelier rattle all night, and there was no soundproofing, so I heard people walking past. The door lock was terrible and locked us out. It's very sensitive, and nobody had explained how to use it beforehand. Getting to the beach means going through the hotel next door, and the towels are locked away to stop guests using them.

I felt completely safe here, with security at a very high standard. It's a fairly quiet place, with good pools and a handy starting point for trips and excursions. I loved the nearby "monkey Rock". The staff were helpful and friendly, and even sent my laundry on to my next hotel.

It's a quiet spot away from the busy city. The downside is the aggressive monkeys wandering around the condo as if they live there. The electric fence doesn't seem to keep them away. I saw them swimming in our pool several times and on my balcony too, so be careful.

A lovely choice by the beachfront, with lots of green space and facilities, at a reasonable price. One of the more indulgent projects.
