VERSO Hua Hin - a Veranda Collection

Amy, the Front Office Manager, was outstanding. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, and made the whole stay feel effortless and memorable. We stayed in the 2-Bedroom Pool penthouse, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and very private. The clean, well-kept private pool was a highlight and great for relaxing any time. The hotel feels modern and calm, just steps from the beach, with a peaceful, refined atmosphere and no party vibe. It suited a proper unwind. A premium but relaxed stay, and we'd gladly return. I'd highly recommend Verso Hua Hin for comfort, privacy, and excellent service.

The location is excellent for getting to the beach, the rooms have a modern design, and the food at the Page restaurant is very good. Service was the big letdown. Staff seemed inefficient and made frequent mistakes, and both check-in and checkout took an extremely long time. I stayed three days. Only once was the drinking water replenished adequately, even though I tipped room service every day. Breakfast was badly managed, possibly because there weren't enough staff. Once, they didn't refill the food or clean cups, and left the table uncleared. Another time, the server gave my order to someone else, adding a 15-minute wait. The Page restaurant was also very slow to serve. I'd call this a four-star boutique hotel, but it doesn't reach five-star standard.

Kind, welcoming staff and a plentiful breakfast with lots of variety. This works well for families with kids, especially with four small pools they can enjoy together. The songthaew (shared taxi) terminal is only 100 meters outside, which makes getting around easy. The air conditioning was quiet, though soundproofing could be better.

A clean stay right on the beach, next to Khao Takiab viewpoint. It has parking, a pool, king-size beds, and in-room bathtubs with a view.
