The staff treated us like family, always greeting us and even bringing food they'd cooked themselves. They clearly did their best to make us feel welcome. James, the owner, was lovely and communicated really well. This was one of the best places we've stayed in Hua Hin, even after living there for a few years. We're very happy we found it, would recommend it to all our friends, and would love to come back. They deserve every star! 🌟

The wooden house is beautiful, and the private pool is a nice feature. The open-air kitchen could be a problem in rainy weather, though. We booked a three-bedroom house, but there were so many mosquitoes in all the bedrooms that none of us slept properly and we were badly bitten. One house also wasn't fully finished, with a large gap under the roof that let mosquitoes and insects straight in. We had to ask the property manager to move us. The place is nice, and you might enjoy it if mosquitoes don't bother you too much.

The property itself is lovely, but we didn't feel secure there. Some of our belongings were stolen overnight, and the managers didn't help. They first said we must not have searched carefully enough, then blamed us for leaving things in a shared area. None of the bedroom doors lock, so think carefully before leaving valuables there.

I've stayed at Villa S Huahin many times, and each visit has been a great experience. The staff are always ready to help with anything, and the service is amazing. It's a private-feeling spot in a great location, ideal for a vacation. Highly recommend!
